[Ruby] Te sentir incarné·e, ancré·e dans ta tête, dans ton environnement. C’est souvent quand on ne sait pas ce qu’on est et ce qu’on doit faire qu’on se sent malheureux·se.

[Ruby] Feeling embodied, grounded in your mind, in your environment. It’s often when we don’t know who we are or what we’re supposed to do that we feel unhappy.
